Test results can come from various sources, for example, via test orders from authorized laboratories or via manual entries, such as results that have been recorded in the system on the basis of test certificates from the manufacturers.

Create test order

A process is created in material.one at the authorized laboratory. The laboratory can carry out the tests described in the standard, record the test results and send them back to the supplier for assessment and distribution.

Select the component for which you want to create a test order and click the Microscope in the test specification.

If no test specification is assigned to the component, go to add standard.

Define the scope of the order

Select the test order you want to process, define the test scope, and confirm the task Determine test scope.

After the task has been completed, you can no longer change it.

Order laboratory

Select the test order you want to assign and confirm the task Assign test.

After the task has been completed, you can no longer change it.

Record test results manually

If you want to record test results manually, you must first create a test report. After that, you can record your results. To do this, click on the Pen in the test specification.

Select your test report and enter the results. Confirm your entries with Save.
